Well after some swearing, tantrums and a BT router being thrown around a room all 5 drivers managed to get online and race those minis.
It was the first time that all the escape mob and The Orbitmann had met up and we all got to see how much of a contender Orbitmann was as he seemed to win most of the races. We do put this down to keeping his nose clean and not being involved in some of the best stacks and near misses I have ever seen.
I could tell you a hundered different stories but, the races at Mugello will live long in the memory of all those who where involved in the Fili and Gaz sandwich incident before the last corner - We are hoping for a video so you can all see.

Well we finally got five of us together last Thursday and it was all going so well, in a party laughing away meeting the Orbittman. Then when we all tried to join a lobby that was when the problems started, we all could not get in the game.
Orbittman could not get himself in the match so four of us had a few races, which roughly involed larksy leading Gaz and Fillibust doing a quality Homage to Days of Thunder by smashing each other to bits. I am sure I heard the old “Going high, Going Low - Son of a bitch” a couple of times while the race was on.
What we did discover was that it was apart from the connection problems a complete success, and even with just four out of the five it was quality. And really was just a good laugh, with some intense racing action and lots of swearing.
Best Moment: Gaz and Fili’s regular smash ups proved amusing viewing on replays.
As regards the site we are waiting until we have done a race until we work on it some more as we need some points and stuff.

Well promises of going public have gone a bit the way of the dodo. After all getting new 360 games for christmas it has gone on the back burner. But I am pleased to say we are looking forward now to getting on with it. Expect so new stuff to appear on the site by early next week.
Also we have had an enquiry about the league and happy to say a sixth person has joined.
