Connection Drops or System Crashes
In the event of a drop or a crash during a series race (which involves all drivers) the points already gained will count, and a descion by the drivers will be made on wether to race on or finish will be made the majority rules. If it is specific to one driver then racing will resume.
Points
Points are awarded as per the Forza 2 points system. However a bonus point is added for the fastest lap of a race.
Racing
Race day, and like any motorsport there are bound to be stacks, wether accidental or through driver negligance it is going to happen.
To counter this we have some simple rules and if they are broken then you will recieve a time penalty which will be added to your finish time and the overall positions worked out on that basis. Persitant offenders will be disqualified from the race, and if it is deemed by the rest of the racers disqualified from the league.
So with that in mind here is a simple list of dont's during a race.
- "Over Agressive" overtaking will not be deemed as fair. By "Over Agressive" we mean flooring it into a corner and using another drivers car as a break.
- "Using a line that is not there" - Well this simply means trying to overtake into a corner where the driver in front has the line through the corner and you dive up the inside with no hope in hell of overtaking causing the other driver to crash.
- "Recover with care" - If you spin off the track do not just cut straight on the circut safely return when the track is clear behind of traffic.
- "Blocking" - We dont discourage blocking or holding the line but over agressive blocking will not be tolerated .
It is common sense really, and all these points are discrentaory. Unsporting conduct will not be tolerated.
At the end of each race a replay will be saved and reviewed by our stewards. You will be informed of any time penalties etc.
Have Fun
Ok it may seem strict but as I said it boils down to common sense. We are all going to bang and knock and people are going to spin out and cause accidents. As long as it is not malicious then cool.
So lets just have fun....
